What we do
What do we charge?
20%
We charge 20% on the revenue that the owner actually receives from the booking platforms and this amount includes VAT
Cleaning fee
Cleaning fee is paid by the guests and it is an extra payment added to the nightly price of the listing
Extra services
if the property needs renovation, furnishing or urgent reparation we will arrange all the services and it is to be paid by the owner

Monthly income is calculated as average from the year income

Our main goal is to provide the maximum occupancy rate that might be between 60-100% depending on the property

The average review rate we get from our guests, in case if we get less than 4 stars review we do not charge our commission on such reservations

    We get in touch with all the neighbors, provide our phone numbers for any emergency situation, and install sound sensors in the apartments to control the level of noise.

    We offer our clients a wide variety of extra services in and around Barcelona, from bike rental to vineyard tours to make their stay in Barcelona being memorable.
  • 100% Transparent payments
    You receive directly all the payments for all the reservations, and only then we issue the invoice for our services, so you have full control and transparency about the cash flow.

    Our company works according to the principle of an individual approach to every client. This method allows us to be efficient at all levels and raise the level of satisfaction of our clients.
  • Monthly reports
    After each month you will get detailed information about all the reservations, the revenue, and the occupancy rate and you can compare this information to the previous periods.

    We collaborate with many proven specialists from lawyers specializing in properties to architects and builders who can cope with any task or repair any of the issues.
